Cancellation Rights & Refunds

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 stipulates that a customer has a 14 day right to change their mind and get a full refund in most cases. However, this right to cancel and receive a refund is not applicable if you have accessed the online product, or any part of the online course materials, within the 14 day period. 

​

Digital Downloads

​

Once the purchase has been successful, the student will receive an Order Confirmation email as confirmation of the purchase.

The purchaser can find this email in their inbox (spam or junk folders should be checked too).

On this email is a link to 'View Your Order' and clicking this, takes the student to a page showing the order has been confirmed and, here the items in the course or product can be downloaded & saved to a device or to a student's Dropbox account.

We recommend that this page is bookmarked in the student's browser, so that the files can be downloaded and saved again, in the future, for the life of company.

 

To keep all your orders in one place, you can set up a free account with Sellfy - as long as all of the purchases were made from the same IP address (device).

 

If a purchase was made from a different IP address (device), it will not show up in the same account as the other purchases. However, a separate account, using a separate email address, can be set up in this event.

Once the account is set up, the files can be downloaded & saved to Dropbox or the student's devices to the account.

​

Time to Complete Accredited Reiki Courses

 

All Reiki Courses advertised on this website must be successfully completed within two years from the date of purchase, in order to receive the Reiki Course certificate. After two ​years, the Reiki Course can still be studied or referred to, as it comes in a digital download format, however, the student will not be eligible for a Reiki certificate.

Reiki Attunement 

​

The student may choose to purchase the personalised Reiki Attunement for an additional fee and a Reiki Attunement Audio will be received digitally as an mp3. This is optional as a Distant Reiki Attunement is included for each course. If the student chooses to purchase the optional personalised Reiki Attunement, the Reiki Attunement is given in 'real time' on the Wednesday after the Reiki Attunement has been purchased. If the personalised Reiki Attunement is purchased on a Wednesday, the Reiki Attunement can be received the following Wednesday. The set time for the Reiki Attunement is in the manual. This time cannot be changed. This means that the student and the Reiki Master tune in at the same time and the transmission of the Reiki Attunement takes place. It is recommended that the Reiki Attunement Audio be played at the commencement time set out in the manual. Please note that the student and Reiki Master do not see each other on a device or in any other format. The Reiki Attunement can be accessed at any time, thereafter, if the student is not available at the time of the Reiki Attunement, by playing the Reiki Attunement Audio.

Certification

​

The student must have fulfilled the criteria to receive the Reiki Course certificate.

 

This includes:

1) Having had the Distant Reiki Attunement or purchasing the optional personalised Reiki Attunement.

2) Submitted and successfully passed the Reiki Assessment (plus the Case History for Reiki Level 1 Diploma Course students).

3) Successfully passed the Reiki Assessment within 2 years from the date of purchase.

4) Emailed a copy of a Reiki certificate with the Assessment to show the previous level of Reiki has been completed. This evidence is required for the Advanced Reiki Level 2 Diploma Course, Reiki Master & Teacher Diploma Course and the Advanced Reiki Teacher Diploma Course, if the student has not studied the previous level of Reiki with Reiki Mastery Academy.

 

For students doing the combined Reiki Level 1 and 2 Diploma Course, one combined Reiki certificate will be issued showing successful completion of the Reiki Level 1 & 2 Diploma Course.

Gift Options ​

​

To purchase an item as a gift, you will need the recipient of the gift's email address to enter at checkout. 

In this way, they will receive the Order Confirmation email from which they can click on 'View Your Order' to download & save the course or products to DropBox or their devices.

​

Reiki Healing Treatment - Registration & Waiver Form

​

The Registration & Waiver Form must be completed and submitted to us no later than 12 hours prior to the commencement time of the appointment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment not going ahead and no refund can be given.

​

By signing the Registration & Waiver Form, you are confirming that the information you have submitted is correct and that you are agreeing to the statements which you have ticked and our Terms and Conditions. This includes the understanding and agreement that Reiki Healing Treatments are not intended to be diagnostic, to cure or to be a replacement for medical assistance and that in case of any medical concerns, the client will contact their medical doctor or go to their hospital emergency department to seek medical attention. Reiki Mastery Academy does not accept any liability or responsibility for any medical concerns following any Reiki Healing Treatments.

Reiki Healing Treatments - Appointment Cancellation Policy, Charges & Conditions

 

The Cancellation Policy for the cancellation or rescheduling of Reiki Healing Treatment appointments is set out below:

​

a. If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule the Reiki Healing Treatment without incurring a charge, the client must provide Reiki Mastery Academy more than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time.

b. If the client cancels or reschedules the Reiki Healing Treatment and provides Reiki Mastery Academy with 24 hours or less notice prior to the appointment, or is a No-Show, no refund will be given.

c) If the appointment is unable to go ahead due to the Registration & Waiver Form not being completed and submitted to Reiki Mastery Academy, or is not received by us, within 12 hours of the Reiki Healing Treatment commencement time, no refund will be given. Proof of submitting must be emailed to us by the client in case of dispute.

 

Note: A No-Show means that the appointment and the fee is automatically cancelled and forfeited by the client if contact is not made by the client within 15 minutes from the time of commencement of the appointment. If the client shows up late for the appointment, the time will come off the Reiki Treatment and no extra allowance of time can be given to make up for the loss of time. 

​

This Cancellation Policy also applies to any bookings taken less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

​

Amendments

 

We reserve the right to amend any aspect of its fees, charges, terms and conditions of trade at any time.

Reiki Mastery Academy is the trade name and all rights are reserved and this includes the logos used on the www.reiki-mastery.com website. The intellectual property and copyright in the material contained in the www.reiki-mastery.com website belongs to Reiki Mastery Academy. Reproduction of part or all of the contents of the www.reiki-mastery.com website is prohibited save that you may print or download your digital downloads for the products you have purchased for your personal and non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to incorporate the material or any part of it, or any of the Reiki Mastery Academy products including audios, powerpoint presentations, in any other work, publication or website whether in hard copy, electronic or other format and none of the information contained in the www.reiki-mastery.com website may be copied or distributed for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Reiki Mastery Academy.
